About Wasong Gel

We are promoting the use of Wasong, Orostachys japonica, as an edible gel. Wasong is an food plant native to Asia. It is hoped that the agricultural communities in the United States will pick up and produce Wasong for local grocers like so many other foods brought here from other continents.
